Alicia teaches and conducts Angklung Kulintang, and plans the curriculum for Sonic Directions, a company providing music enrichment lessons to local schools and organizations. She also heads the Gamelan Ensembles at the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and the National Institute of Education.
