Jing Yi is a 4th-year undergraduate physics student at NTU. She has been singing in choirs since secondary school. A passionate lover of music, Jing Yi believes in music as an ultimately human and meaningful medium of expression regardless of form or genre. Her interests and experience in ensemble singing and playing are diverse but mostly concentrate on classical and jazz music.

She has participated in choral festivals and competitions such as SYF 2013 (Distinction), SYF 2015 (Distinction), International Winter Choral Festival 2012 (Hong Kong, Silver) as well as several other performance opportunities she has had over the years in school. 

She is currently active in NTU Symphony Orchestra as a flutist, as well as in NTU Jazz & Blues as one of their vocalists.
